1.Where the claims to be reported?
Claim can be reported at our Head Office, Al Khuwair in Muscat. We also accept claims at our Branch offices all over, the Sultanate such as, OUIC Barka, Suwaiq, Sohar, Buraimi, Salalah , NIzwa Ibri, Ibra and Sur branchs..
2.Where the vehicle can be repaired?
We have our Auto Service Centre at Ghala in Muscat where all the vehicles from Muscat area to be taken to before sending for repair. There are many other garages in our network , all over Oman.
3.Is it necessary the vehicles to be repaired at Muscat only?
No.after registering the claim ,you can take the vehicle to any of our network garages which is convenient to you.
4.At the time of reporting of the claim should all the parties involved in the accident to come together?
Based on MRTA Claim , if more than one vehicles involved, all should come together, which makes it easy to process the claim.
5.Why the ROP inspection report is needed?
ROP inspection report is required , in case of major damage and/or in case if ROP instructs to do so.
